  • households seeking dependable, professional appointment accompaniment

What types of appointments do you support?

We provide support for:

  • pre-op appointments

  • post-op follow-up visits

  • senior doctor’s appointments

  • specialist visits

  • selected surgery-day transportation and wait support

Do you provide transportation?

Yes. Transportation to and from appointments is available as part of the service, based on the type of appointment and location.

Is an intake form required?

Yes, for most services. We may ask clients or families to complete an intake form before service so appointment details, transportation needs, emergency contact information, and expectations are clear in advance.

Is The Quiet Table Reserve Wheelchair Accessible?

No. As we continue to grow, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding. At this time, our service is not yet wheelchair accessible. We believe in being transparent as we build with care, and we sincerely appreciate your support as we work toward serving families well.

Do you remain with the client during the appointment?

Yes. We can remain with the client until the appointment is complete, providing a calm, supportive presence so they are not left navigating important moments alone. When approved and arranged in advance by the family, we may also sit in during the visit to help listen carefully and ensure the physician’s instructions, recommendations, and next steps are conveyed as accurately as possible to the family. Once the appointment is over, we help ensure the client is safely returned home.

How far in advance should services be scheduled?

Advance scheduling is strongly encouraged to ensure availability. However, depending on the calendar, some short-notice requests may be accommodated.

What areas do you serve?

We currently serve clients in Hinds County, Rankin County, and Madison County areas.

Do you provide surgery-day support?

We combine a thoughtful, human-centered approach with clear communication and reliable results. It’s not just what we do—it’s how we do it that sets us apart.
