With intention and care, The Recovery Package helps individuals and families focus on recovery while reducing the strain of appointments, transportation concerns, and the demands that often accompany healing. Transportation to follow-up appointments is also available as a separate service for those who desire added support during the recovery journey.
What We Provide
Pre-Op & Post-Op Concierge Support
Thoughtful, discreet support for seasons when preparation, recovery, and peace of mind should remain the focus. This service is designed to ease the burden on individuals and families by providing dependable assistance before and after surgery, helping reduce stress around transportation, appointments, and follow-up care.
Each visit may include:
Transportation to and from pre-op or post-op appointments
A calm, supportive presence throughout the appointment
Waiting with the client during the visit, when needed
Communication with family regarding key updates and next steps
Safe return home following the appointment
Reassurance that the client is not left navigating important moments alone
This service is provided with dignity, attentiveness, and care, helping families avoid the strain of missing work, rearranging responsibilities, or worrying about a loved one being left waiting on transportation.

Surgery Day Concierge Support — Starting at $255
For clients (21 and over) who need transportation to a surgical procedure, attentive wait-time support, and safe return home afterward. Includes up to 3 hours of service—additional time billed at $50 per hour.
Add-on Service Available- Culinary Support. A light in-home cooking service designed to support comfort and healing during recovery. Meals are tailored to personal dietary needs and prepared in the home for ease and convenience.
Senior Concierge and Advocacy
Senior Concierge & Advocacy is a discreet, compassionate support service designed to assist seniors while bringing peace of mind to the people who care for them. This service includes accompaniment to medical appointments, a supportive presence during visits, and thoughtful communication with family members regarding important updates, care instructions, and next steps. It is especially valuable for families who cannot always step away from work, adjust professional responsibilities, or depend on intermittent FMLA each time support is needed. Created to reduce stress for both seniors and their loved ones, this service ensures that important moments are handled with dignity, attentiveness, and care.
What We Provide
Our Senior Concierge & Advocacy service provides thoughtful, dependable support for seniors and peace of mind for the families who care for them. This service is designed to ease the burden of medical appointments and follow-up care, especially for loved ones who may not always be able to miss work, rearrange their schedules, or rely on intermittent FMLA each time support is needed.
Each visit includes up to 2.5 hours of support and may include:
Transportation to and from scheduled appointments
A calm, supportive presence during the visit
Appointment accompaniment and attentiveness throughout the experience, when needed.
Communication with family members regarding key updates, care instructions, and next steps
Return home support following the appointment
This service is offered at $155.00 per visit.
Additional time, extended travel, or extra stops may be available for an additional fee.

With predictable monthly pricing and priority scheduling, families can reduce the stress of repeated work interruptions, transportation concerns, and ongoing coordination needs.
